My little niece actually has swine flu. (she is totally fine but still can't go back to school) I think this huge cookie might actually cheer her up!!
Leave it to the cookies to express all of humanities current obsessions... :)
Gute Besserung to your niece! I hear that people who have it this time around will be more likely to survive next year's deadly outbreak (at least that's the latest media hype out there), so tell her she's lucky. :)
