Yes, Bild is Germany's "top-selling" newspaper. It is also the intellectual equivalent of the National Enquirer. Seriously. Take a look.

BILD is also famous for hidden racism and not so hidden sexism. A fine example in double standards.
The first time I recall seeing Bild, I was on a train to Frankfurt and the guy across from me opened his newspaper. I looked up and WHOA! NAKED LADY STARING BACK AT ME! (It did make for a more interesting ride.)
Yes, I forgot to mention the boobies!
