That looks very much like a Hundertwasser creation, so let's see: Vienna? Celle, Germany? Ooops, cheating with two guesses. :-)

Barcelona? That looks awfully Gaudi to me, but I don't remember seeing it when I was there, so you've got me puzzled...
Nice guesses, but no hits so far. while it does bring Gaudi, Hundertwasser, and internal organs to mind, this is a completely different artist. I hadn't heard of this place myself until a couple years ago...
Perhaps another hint is in order.
